Fairview Microwave’s thermally pre-conditioned, low loss cable assembly series was developed to meet the high reliability cable needs of avionics, military electronics, IFF, SATCOM, ECM and broad-temperature-range applications.

These commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) cable assemblies feature thermally pre-conditioned, triple-shielded, PTFE low loss coaxial cable and captivated stainless steel RF connectors. Every cable assembly is built to meet your exact requirements using WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards and J-STD soldering processes.

Each high-rel, temperature-tolerant cable assembly is traceable to its component lots for every material used. Detailed test reporting is included with every lot produced. These low loss cable assemblies offer 100% test sampling for connector gaging, insertion loss, VSWR, DWV, workmanship, configuration, and marking, with sampled AQL inspections for length and mass.
